2.1. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, descriptions, and specifications of our cosmeceutical products on the website. However, minor variations may occur.

2.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed.
3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
3.1. By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
3.2. After placing an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted.
3.3. The contract between us is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email confirming that the products have been shipped.

We deliver products across Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Moldova.
4.2. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly presented during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier service disruptions, or force majeure events.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (EU Consumer Rights)
5.1. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via email to hello@veratin.eu.
5.3. Conditions for Return:
- Returned products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- For hygiene and safety reasons (cosmeceuticals and skin-care items), opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
5.4. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5.5. Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
