- Ukrposhta (International Air Mail / EMS): Standard international postal delivery. A reliable and cost-effective option for shipping parcels across Europe, the UK, and Moldova with national postal tracking.
- Meest Express: A specialized international delivery service widely used for fast and secure logistics between Eastern/Central Europe, EU countries, the UK, and neighboring regions.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times & Costs
Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the destination country and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes (calculated from the day of dispatch):
- European Union (EU):
- Standard Delivery (Ukrposhta / Meest): 5–12 business days (depending on the destination country).
- Shipping Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout.
- United Kingdom (UK):
- Standard Delivery: 6–12 business days.

Please note: Order processing and dispatch take 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel online.
🛃 Custom Duties, Taxes & VAT
- Within the EU: All prices displayed on the website include applicable EU VAT. You will not have to pay any extra customs fees upon delivery.
- United Kingdom & Moldova (Non-EU destinations): Orders shipped to the UK and Moldova may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country’s government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Veratin has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your parcel in real-time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (EU & International)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we are here to help.
⏳ 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, if you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.
📋 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unopened and Unused: For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons regarding cosmeceutical products, items must be unopened, unused, with all original seals intact, and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Exceptions: Opened, tested, or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at hello@veratin.eu with your Order Number and the reason for the return (and photos if the item arrived damaged).
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using a trackable shipping service.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at hello@veratin.eu with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
